What was the soil composition? Clay, sand, decomposed granite...? Also how much water did you add to the dirt when you started building berms and jumps? Do you know the PSI you applied to the finished track to get it to compress the way you wanted?

But not with 40ft step downs on a dh track on which you can reach speeds over 30mph
@@viethknorr5389 have you not seen the supercross and Olympic tracks they are going 40 mph by the time they reach the bottom of the start ramp and this first jump is usually like 42 feet lip to landing

Jeez,more asphalt than actual clay dirt, how about actually doing dirt berms again!!
It’s because if you turn too sharp, the asphalt will be more grippy than the dirt. Also it’s easier to maintain
@@eazes7063 not a big asphalt fan, isn't real racing without clay berms.Supercross doesn't have asphalt berms nor should bmx.Plus it tears up your equipment faster.
